1.Well, first of all, you have to fill out the form.
2. Next, create a new topic and title it with your character's name.
3.Then, tell about your character, basically just summarize everything you wrote in the form. CREATE IT IN THE FORM ACCEPTING FORUM!!!
4.Wait till your Leader checks it!
